A fall Arrest course is required for anyone who must work more than 2 meters above the ground.

According to NOROG 113.

The course gives insight into fall theory and common fall arrest methods , methods for rescue, maintenance, control and storage of equipment, laws, rules and guidelines for fall arrest, as well as risk management.
